Client work

Names are abbreviated where contracts require it. Each quote ties to a specific engagement type we still offer.

“Our POS and ERP stock counts were out by hundreds of SKUs every Monday. Sync Meridian traced duplicate webhook deliveries and added idempotency in the warehouse service. Finance still complains about report timing, but at least the quantities match now.” — L.M., operations manager, regional grocery chain (sync architecture)
“Discovery felt slow on day one because they kept asking who owns customer credit limits. By week two that patience paid off—we avoided building the wrong master for B2B accounts.” — S.N., IT lead, industrial supplies (integration discovery)
“The quarterly review caught a timezone bug in appointment sync that only showed up for Cape Town clinics. Honest take: their written memos are dense; I would like a one-page summary up front.” — Dr. P.R., practice administrator (operations review)

Case: wholesale price lists into a rep tablet app

A beverage distributor updated SAP price conditions nightly while sales reps edited overrides in a mobile CRM during route visits. Conflicts surfaced as angry calls from retailers charged old prices.

Sync Meridian mapped which fields were authoritative, introduced a staging table with effective dates, and wrote a reconciliation report the finance clerk runs before 06:00. Go-live took nine weeks including two on-site weeks in Midrand. The client’s internal developer now owns the pipeline with our runbook.

Case: laboratory results into billing

A private pathology group needed HL7 feeds transformed into billing line items without double-posting when results were amended. We implemented change notifications, audit rows, and a manual hold queue for ambiguous codes. POPIA constraints meant all work happened in their VPC; we pair-programmed through VPN.
